Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right. We aim to make the return and exchange process as smooth as possible and will be happy to assist you if you need any help.

Return Policy

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused and unworn
unwashed and unaltered
with original tags and security tag intact

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not be eligible for return.

Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions mentioned above. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to you. We can issue refund to your original source or store credit equal to the value of the returned item. You can use this store credit for future purchases from your website.

Please note that Sale/customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, the below conditions apply:

·         Must be requested within 3 days of delivery 

·         Available once per item

·         Subject to stock availability

 

How to place a Return/Exchange Request?

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@neyaamat.com with the subject line " Return/Exchange Request - your order number" and reason for return/exchange. Alternatively, you can contact us on our support WhatsApp number listed in this page below.

Once we receive your request, our customer support executive will get in touch with you within 1 working days for next steps.

 

Defective / Wrong Item
At Neyaamat, every product that you order undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that you receive accurate measurements and damage free products. It is quite rare that you will receive a damaged or defective product. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video on our WhatsApp number. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to ship the product to us.

Please Note we try to stay accurate to the true colors of our fabrics, however colors of the products may slightly vary due to screen calibrations and photography. Therefore, any claims regarding color variation cannot be entertained. In all cases we do provide an exchange option.

 

Reverse Shipping

In case of reverse shipping for return or exchange requests, we will get the product picked up from the customer address at no additional shipping cost. Please note that the shipping company will make 3 attempts for product pick-up. If the customer is unable to handover the product within these 3 attempts, he/she will have to ship the product at his/her own expense.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

 

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to your order details such as size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at support@neyaamat.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped. You can also WhatsApp us.

 

International Orders
